At most places, a replacement order is delivered during the pick-up order time. While in some areas, first the delivered product is picked and then the replacement request gets started. For more details on the replacement order, kindly check your SMS and E-mails delivered at your request.
To return a product, you can simply these steps:
Once the process is done, you will get a verification email and SMS to your device for initiating the process. Depending on the product, the request can be approved by itself, or you may need to give more details through contact. After the request is approved, your original order will be picked, and you will get a replacement order or refund as per your request. During the process, you can keep track of the return made by you from the 'My Orders' section in your Books Daddy account.

Refunds are processed immediately for orders which are cancelled before their shipping. If the item is shipped, then a refund is initiated as soon the courier service provider confirms the product is to be returned to the seller.
In favourable conditions, refunds are processed:
Return of the wrong item ordered is not supported under Seller's Return Policy. The seller's return policy is already given on the product page, you can go through it.
If the product is not yet shipped by the seller, the ordered item can be cancelled immediately. If the item is shipped, then it will be cancelled as soon the courier service provider confirms the product to be returned to the seller.
